An application for extension of interim bail was filed by our firm before Saket Court. Our learned counsel submitted that the applicant is a 58 years and suffering from multiple diseases such as applicant is a diabetic patient, having blood pressure and has been hospitalized since interim bail granted by the court of Nikhil Chopra and same has been verified by investigating officer.
Learned prosecutor couldn’t able to object and relied upon the reply of investigation officer which states about the medical condition of the petitioner is critically ill.
ADJ Atul kumar Garg considered the submissions and granted extension of interim bail for further 45 days.
